everything rolling along just fine. 66 at lee highway, no problems there. prince george's county overall looking quite good and you can see 50 eastbound/westbound nice and clear. happening today, investigators are bringing in a crane to help in the search for a northern virginia man still unaccounted for after the fire you see here. this blaze happened early wednesday morning in woodbridge. neighbors stood by helplessly as it was destroyed unsure if the than was still inside. the crane is being brought into help remove debris. at least two other faebs have been displaced. one firefighter seriously hurt but expected to survive. a woman arrested after doing yoga on metro tracks heads back to court. holly bentley is charged with trespassing after being spotted on surveillance video doing yoga on the tracks in virginia back in 2014, december. her attorney says those charges may be

members' mail box. a d.c. federal judge returns after a woman claims that he raped her 35 years ago. he retires, i should say. the utah woman was 16 at the time of the alleged assault. lawyers for judge richard rovers acknowledged an intimate relationship with the woman, but call her accusations categorically false. the utah attorney general's office says after an investigation it opted not to prosecute the judge, but investigators determined that he didn't break any laws because the woman was old enough to consent under utah laws in 1981. to decision 2016 now where hillary clinton is setting her sights on donald trump. clinton openly attacked trump after tuesday's primaries. she going after him on policy, muslims and torture

take a look at this video of a daring jail break using a helicopter. you can see it at the top of your screen. two inmates escaped from a canadian prison back in 2013. the video has just been released. the prisoners grabbed the rope dangling from the chopper but couldn't pull themselves up, on the chopper landed on a rooftop. they dangled midair to a nearby getaway car. they were caught several hours later. looks like the scene out of a movie. a northern virginia movie is

happening today, supreme court nominee merrick garland heads to capitol hill for vo du introductory meetings with the senate. president obama announced the nomination on wednesday. some say the president's nomination is setting the stage for a huge constitutional show tow down. he's widely known and well respected in the legal community. he's a chief judge at the u.s. court of appeals for the d.c. scircui circuit. garland left a law partnership 25 years ago to work as a prosecutor. he had oversight on important cases including the prosecution of timothy mcveil

officer before the chief called it a case of mistaken identity gentleman could ijacai colson.g colson was not in uniform when the shoot-out began. police say michael ford started the shooting and is charged with colson's death. he appeared in court yesterday and passioned out when he found out the charges against his brothers. his two brothers are charged with driving him to the scene and recording the shooting. two men facing new federal charges for a scheme involving atms in maryland and virginia. we first told you about the arrests last november. the two men are accused of putting skimming devices on atms in lorton and richmond as well as in crofton, maryland. police say they used the information to get money. a new arena football league team is coming to the verizon center next year. the new team is only part of the focus on pro sports here in the face's capital. d.c. leaders say all the teams add excitement and money to the

time right now is 4:57. just minutes from the reopening of metro after 29 hours of work. actually this is a live look of the shady grove -- looks like we're on a train that is about to take off from the met rotation. so they're back open ready to start rolling at 5:00 a.m. metro just tweeted service will resume on all lines after the inspection of 600 cables across the system. as of 10:00 last night, repairs were still under way. so make sure you stay with news 4. we have crews stationed across the system to make sure everything goes as planned. we're also keeping a close eye on the weather. it is going to be a pretty nice morning, but you should be prepared for a possible rain shower this afternoon. chuck bell is back
