right now at 6:00, it's winter's last gas. spring starts tomorrow. tell that to the weather. parts of our area seeing the snow. tom sherwood caught the flakes falling. the radar showing more snow coming in. we'll tell you if places closer to the district should expect more snow tonight. plus, highways blocked, people tieing themselves to cars. several arrested. the new anti-trump protest today in multiple states.

we begin with the dreary and snowy day in some of our area. we say some parts because right now, it just looks wet outside union station. we go to amelia segal to see if d.c. will see this action. >> we could see flakes mixing in. inside the beltway, tonight, tomorrow and monday morning, temperatures stay above freezing. only wet roads. here is the latest on the radar. tracking rainshowers across the area. snow to mix in across frederick county across the corridor. notice this dry spot back here to the west. keeping a close eye on this as we move on to the later evening. we'll return to mainly dry conditions. 7:00, still tracking mainly areas of rain across the area. much of the same at 8:00 p.m. then we return to

darcy spencer is live in the neighborhood where police are trying to piece it all together. darcy? >> reporter: this has neighbors very, very concerned. you are going to hear from one man talking about moving because of the violence. we are on blue gray circle. this area is where a victim's body was found last night. we want to show an area where police were called. golden leaf circle, a mile away from here, they found a victim who had been shot. no word on how that victim is doing at this hour. while canvassing that area, they learned the victim was shot on blue gray circle. when police went there, they found the man's body. police are calling it a death investigation. >> i was in the neighborhood. shooting last night and a week ago, like they said, the gun went off.

we'll be here. it's not something you want to have happen in your neighborhood all the time. >> reporter: police, so far, have not identified the victim. the police are asking anyone who has information about this crime to call crimestoppers. reporting live from manassas, darcy spencer, news 4. the cause of a house fire is under investigation in riverdale, maryland. this happened on tuckerman street at 1:00. two people live at that house. the good news is they were not home at the time. officials believe the fire is a total loss. running to remember a young woman killed last summer in a house fire near georgetown circle. it's in honor of nina brek elman and was headed to jordan. she was an avid runner. participants in the race reflected on her life and legacy.

state and kurdish militants. also developing in iraq, a marine is dead and three others injured after a rocket attack by isis. this happened at a facility where the u.s. military is advising iraqi forces. the marine's name has not been released. it happened where they are preparing to retake the city of mosul. the suspect arrested yesterday in brussels. salah abdeslam tells authorities he planned to be one of the suicide bombers, but he backed out. driving the other attackers to paris last november. he wouldn't explain why he did that. 130 people, if you remember, were killed in several locations in those attacks. islam is charged with terrorist murder. emergency workers have the task of going through the wreckage
