this traffic snarl the latest of what is going on with donald trump. first tonight, some of you saw rain, some of you saw snow, and all of us saw a raw and dreary saturday, and it may be much of the same for the start of spring. team 4 meteorologist is here to tell us what we could expect for the first day of spring? >> another cloudy and chilly and damp day, and another round of rain showers with some snow mixing in. on storm team 4 radar, tracking extremely light rain and snow showers impacting parts of the d.c. and metro area and extending into parts of prince george's county, a few

>> reporter: we are at the salt in northeast washington. right around 9:00 tonight, the d.c. snow team did deploy. about half an hour ago we received a call that that deployment was being canceled, and things are not going to be as bad as they initially thought. you mention the cherry blossoms. the national park service says we will just have to wait and see. d.c. snow trucks roaring back into service for what many hope will be the last time this season, and more than 100 trucks expected to hit the streets in washington to clear roads and treat slick spots on this last day of winter. earlier snow blanketed the outer suburbs of maryland making it dicey on some roads, but tom shot this video showing what he called pancake

police in norfolk shot and killed a woman when she threatened them with a gun, and that gun was fake. police say the woman pointed what looked like a gun at an unarmed man and two narcotic officers open fire after they say she made a threatening move. the investigation revealed the gun was not real. her family says she was a mother of four and this is the third police-involved shooting in norfolk this year. and then money and electronics were taken, and this was the first person they are looking for, and they are looking for this person, who they say was involved in a pickpocketing incident which also happened on thursday on i-street northwest. the suspect reached into a woman's purse andle

another fight at a donald trump rally today in tucson, arizona. a protester took a beating as you just saw by somebody in the audience. earlier near phoenix, three protesters arrested for blocking traffic to a rally. today's protest against trump at his phoenix event went off just as planned for a group of fights for undocumented immigrants. they wanted to shut off the main road to the valley and trapped hundreds in the process. >> are you worried you will be arrested? >> that's a chance we are willing to take. >> another ant

europe's most wanted man behind bars tonight charged with murder in connection to the terror attacks in paris. sri srinivasan was transferred to a high security prison. investigators say he played a central role in the attacks, driving some of the attackers to paris, but he backed out of participating in it himself and now he is fighting extradition to france, and european borders on alert for his accomplices that may be on the run.
