this is pretty bizarre to see in the middle of a highway. this happened during a car chase in arizona. the suspect got out of what police say was a stolen pickup truck and he apparently tried to steal another man's motorcycle. that guy wasn't having it, so he got into a fight for a few seconds afrpd then the suspect got back into the truck, drove off, hit the mote orcycle on th way. he crashed the truck later on. he was ejected from the truck and they haven't said what condition the guy is in now. >> wow. after years of car crashes along two alexandria streets, the speed limits are changing. starting today, sections of seminary road and quaker lane will now have speed limits of 25 miles an hour. a city study showed that many drivers were traveling at more than 45 miles per hour down the very streets. over five years, there have been more than 60 car

this spring. we don't yet know why a driver hit a road construction worker in manassas killing him. prince william county police say that worker was waving a flag in the 6600 block of davis ford road just before 12:30 yesterday. they say a car hit him and he died on the scene. the driver stayed until police arrived, but we didn't know if that person was charged. the worker's identity has not yet been released. and another work site, rescue crews had to take a man to a hospital after he fell into a 100-foot water to you they are gainesville. it took prince william county fire and rescue crews hours to pull him out using a safety harness. there was no water inside the water tower. the worker's condition is not known this morning. fwloo in metro news this morning, the system inspector general is being asked to investigate if critical repairs are actually happening. the concerns were raised for metro board members who say they are not getting answers about progress. this follows last week's smoke and fire incident in mcpherson
