the brussels airport remains closed. 11 days after it was hit by suicide bombers. when it will open remains unclear. police unions reached a preliminary deal with the government on improved airport security. the unions have threatened to strike if their demands were not met. >> a man is facing charges after police said he used craigslist and the social media app kik to have contact with under-aged girl. police arrested roy david evans at his home thursday. last june he posted an ad soliciting young models. the victim responded to that ad and contacted evans on kik. she told him she was 14. that didn't stop evans. investigators say on more than one occasion he drove to her house in montgomery county for sex.
