spending with his children. a no contest plea has the same consequences as a guilty plea without admitting any wrong doing. maryland lawmakers are considering a plan that could have a major impact on sex abuse and sexual offense trials. a bill could be introduced as early as today that would allow a defendant's previous sex convictions or charges to be used during trial. the bill could have a hard time getting passed because of opposition in the maryland statehouse. it's been home to the redskins, nats and now d.c. united soccer. and today we'll find out what the future of rfk stadium could look like. events d.c. is unveiling several concept plans for the 190 acre campus in southeast washington. so far district officials have suggested that the stadium have what they call recreational facilities and anchor facilities. some community members are not many that one of those anchor facilities could be a new stadium for the

the deadly accident involving a fairfax county police cruiser may have been because of bad weather and poor lighting. it happened along beulah street in the alexandria section of the county saturday night. police say an officer hit jeffrey aguilar when aguilar stepped out will into the stree. the officer had a green light and the dash cam recorded the crash. police have not identified the officer, but say the officer has been with the department for two years. the time is 4:34. service out of d.c.'s 911 center was affected by this weekend's strong winds. the center lost lights and air conditioning after power outage around 11:00 on saturday night. the director for the city's unified communications office moved the operations to the backup location in northwest during the outages. those outages did not impact 911 calls or communications with first responders. the city's 311 line did go down for about two hours.

stabbing are both recovering this morning. arlington police say one stabbed the other along four mile run bike path late saturday night. police say the people were drinking together and then fought. both needed medical treatment. they were taken to separate hospitals. investigators are trying to figure out why an suv slammed in to the side of a church in southeast washington. no one was hurt in the vehicle or the church, but you can see the damage here from the video. the suv was towed away from the true gospel tabernacle baptist church just a couple blocks from the maryland line yesterday afternoon. no word on whether the driver faces any charges. to decision 2016. tomorrow voters in wisconsin weigh in on the big race. polls show senators bernie sanders and ted cruz leading their respective races. suggesting wisconsin voters hey go against the frontrunner. senator sanders is also gaining

stabbing stabbi stabbing on keady drive in ft. washington. molette, what are you finding out? >> reporter: we just spoke to prince george's county police who tell us when they got here about 2:00 a.m., they found three adult men stabbed at this restaurant and launch called har tee any's here on caddeddy drive. they tell me that one of the victims is a security guard working at this establishment. all three are at the hospital expected to survive their injuries. now, we're still working to find out more about what exactly happened, but the altercation, the fight we understand took place both inside and outside the restaurant and lounge. working to find out a motive and suspect information. that is the latest live from cady drive, we're not too far from livingston road here in ft. washington. back to you. maryland state police say alcohol may have

the car drove off the beltway off-ramp at the connecticut avenue exit early sunday morning. the car came crashing down on to kensington parkway. the driver jose torres was thrown from the car and killed. and police say derrick lewis violated a protective order when he went to a home saturday night. they say he argued with his ex-girlfriend christina fisher and shot her. fisher's 15-year-old daughter called 911. lewis was arrested this middleburg and charged with murder and violating a protective order. today you can roll up your sleeves to help local heros in the community. the prince william county police department is hosting a blood drive this honor of its fallen and wounded officers. a similar drive was held last month. officers david mcquinn and jesse
