progress. flags will fly at half-staff today in virginia as family and friends say good-bye to state trooper chad dermyer. funeral services for the father of two get under way this morning at 11:00. trooper dermyer was killed last thursday at the rich honored greyhound bus station after an unenkoupd ter with a gunman. anyone who works at the irs headquarters building will be working from home. the building on constitution avenue has no electricity and will remain closed after a basement fire yesterday afternoon. the cause of the fire may be related to an electrical issue. the irs says the closure will have no impacts on tax return processing because those are handled at other locations. all other irs offices in the area will be open today. and a traffic alert to tell you about that could affect your drive e.

tunnel inspections in wards 1, 2 and 3. at 10:00 this morning, crews will close a left lane on the northbound side of connecticut avenue that runs over rock creek. crews will also inspect the overpass over rock creek parkway and cathedral avenue northwest. crews will conduct inspections until 3:00 p.m. 4:30 your time right now. and today voters in wisconsin could change the course of decision 2016. there are 42 gop delegates available, 96 democratic delegates are up for grabs today. if the polling proves true, wisconsin voters could give victories to bernie sanders and ted cruz. those wins could hurt frontrunners donald trump and hillary clinton. more importantly, today's primary will tell us whether cruz and sanders can cut into the front runner's delegate counts. today's primary will also
