woman had a boyfriend and continued to ask if she was in a relationship. the woman's phone rang twice, and when it did, he allegedly made noises and touched his groin. police investigated and three witnesses who worked at the clinic denied hearing any noises from the room. officers arrested the doctor and charged him with second degree assault, a misdemeanor. people in the neighborhood are concerned. >> it is very unprofessional, i mean, of course. you would think that he deals with women on a daily basis. that is the part of his job. especially if he is doing physicals, right? >> yes. now, dr. yancey was released on his own recognizance. he is ordered not to practice medicine and must stay away from the woman. his next court appearance is coming up, we tried to contact him. he did not come to
