her parents released a statement saying if their freshman's death can somehow make it safe forewomen to walk home, they may be able to find some meaning in her daughter's killing. we're learning about some very disturbing allegations against these two men this morning. 24-year-old then recame and 129-year-old victor are in jail charged with the rape and kidnapping of a 12-year-old girl. >> this could be one of the worst type of calls that police officers in any department has to deal with. >> we're told they took the girl from her home in d.c. without her parent's permission to an apartment that he shared with the other suspect in virginia. investigators say they sexually assaulted the girl and then took her back home. the men were arrested on wednesday in montgomery county, but they will likely face charges both in d.c. and virginia. happening today, the deadline has come for 12 prince george's county strip clubs violating laws to close their doors.

six clubs have appealed, but will have to have a trial and win before they can resume operations. our prince george's county bureau chief tracee wilkins first reported the story. the county says the clubs can only be in light industrial or warehouse districts. the county won a year long battle with the businesses last week. the department of permits and inspections issued a cease and desist order that takes effect today. new details could be released today about why former house speaker dennis hastert tried to pay millions of dollars to keep someone quiet about his past misconduct. prosecutors confirm that misconduct is connected to some kind of sexual abuse. the former republican congressman from illinois already pled guilty last fall to breaking banking law. prosecutors must submit a sentence recommendation to the court today and some believe that document may contain new information about the case. to decision 2016 now. democratic hopefuls are the only ones with a contest to worry about over the weekend. it's a small one. 18 delegates up for grabs in
