though the fire broke out about 2: 2:00. and you can see the heavy damage. 13 people displaced, nine adults and four children. there is an advocate here who has helped those folks find a place to stay. and also helped them deal with the after math of the fire. but again as you see, it's a very active after hath. they seem to have it under control again. but take a look at video.hath. they seem to have it under control again. but take a look at video. people say they did a number on that house, they pulled down the roof, they did this, but they are trying to get at those places where the fire orem betters may be smoldering which can cause an even more serious problem because people start to come up and try to get their belongings. and you certainly don't want more fire under that condition. it does seem like they have this one under control once again. they will be here a while longer just to make sure there is not another flare up. again, 13 people

we're told someone is helping them find places to stay. the fire seems to have totally destroyed the house. derrick ward, news 4. now over to decision 2016. it was a big night for the number two candidates in the race for the presidency. senator bernie sanders and ted cruz each took home a win. sanders cruised to a victory in the wyoming caucuses, but as far as delegates go, it was a tie. each wins seven in the state. but sanders has created momentum beating clinton in seven of the last eight states. on the republican side, senator ted cruz dominate the colorado gop state convention. touchdown skipped that and instead visited the 9/11 memorial. the new york primary is april 19. before turning all her attention to new york, hillary clinton will attempt to widen her base in maryland. the primary is

i think it's tough. this is a closed primary state and she's won there three different times. >> and you have sanders on the show. >> we do. and we talk with new york pandering. if you can pander there, you can pander everywhere. >> "meet the press" right after "news 4 today." so speed camera in the district has been dishing out so many tickets and people are so mad. we're talking about the camera that is along the 600 block of kenilworth avenue. it has drivers so upset because the speed limit signs don't seem to match up and the camera has now gone missing. plenty of speed camera tickets handed out, but now all of a sudden, no camera. >> i don't know what to say. i got 13 speeding tickets from a camera that is not even here. >> reporter: this driver got ticket after ticket after ticket from a camera like this one just a few weeks back and he can't put the pieces together.

he now owes 1500 bucks in fines. are you mad? do you think it's a money grab? >> yes. >> reporter: all of the above? >> yes. >> reporter: the issue here he says really has to do with the speed limit signs which appear confusing. but what is the speed limit here? is it 50 miles an hour or is it 25 miles an hour or is it something else completely? the police department says the whole reason the speed camera was put this here was because speeding is an issue. we asked why the speed limits change so frequently here, but haven't gotten a response. we also haven't heard why the camera vanished although it's possible that it's a camera location that changes. meanwhile this camera has also been lighting up local list serves. some saying this is a classic speed trap. that man totally beside himself. what was your thought when you were opening the mail? >> i wish i would have gotten the first one sooner.
