death in what people were calling a targeted attack. prince georges county reporter tracy wilkinson is there with more on what happened there. >> the police have identified the two victims in this double murder. samuel page and also 26-year-old kevin newt who lived a couple of blocks down the way where we are standing. this is is what it looks like. prince georges county police said that at 4:20 they were called here for the sound of gun fire and when they arrived one man was dead behind the wheel of his vehicle, and another man less than a block away, kevin, who lives over here found on the street. he was rush ed ed to the hospit and pronounced dead there. we are told by sources close to the investigation that there was a third person inside of the vehicle that survived all of this. the police are investigating to find out who is resns

to bring dawson in front of the judge. >> yes, chris, federal investigators say that larry dodge brought a gun and pointed it inside of the capital centre, and today, he faced a federal court and charged with two criminal charges, and one being assault and resisting the police officers combined, and he is facing more than 50 years in prison for the charges. he was shot by capital police as they the tried to subdue him and hospitalized because of it and hospitalized since because of it prosecutors say. when he appeared in court he did so this the hospital garb, and he was also in a wheelchair at the time. the incident march 28th caused lockdowns on the ground, and in court filings not only did it cause the lockdowns, but visitors and children included

portions of virginia. we don't expect to see that, but this area here is going to try to move in as we make our way to the rest of the night, and so we are not done with it, and the totals as far as the rain is concerned, and now, through baltimore, ha an inch towards the annapolis area, and if you seen it, sits a dreary shot across the region. the temperatures are 58. i was looking at boston and just outside of boston and it is 78 and sunny. they have beautiful weather, but we can't get out of this, and get that easterly flow that continues to heap it, and it is only 55 in gaithersburg, but to the west of the mountains, 76 in stanton and 66 out here, and that is some of the warmer air trying to move in tomorrow, and most of the area is going to be dry, and the nationals should get the game in okay. and tomorrow, a couple of the showers, but most of the day is dry, and we will see it hiking up around0s and 70s

i'm susan hogan, news4 >> and now, here is storm team 4 forecast. >> when are we going the be seeing the sunshine? that is one of the big questions that a lot of you have, and the other is when will will we break out of the pattern? talk about the first, the next chance of sunshine is friday in the afternoon hours. we are tracking a weather front that is while it has been over the nation's midsection for some time, and part of the ohio valley, too, and bring us rain this the afternoon hours fridayk and we have rain there at 2:00, and the temperature, and the change is sunshine for friday afternoon, and the temperatures will rise into the mid-70s for the sunshine, and late afternoon, and pretty decent friday evening, and we will talk about the friday forecast if you are going out. looking at baltimore, and columbia, and the slow rain is making its way out of here, but what moves in behind it, more fog will develop across the area. this is 11:00 p.
