starting in holden, massachusetts, the chase ended nearly 50 miles away in nashua, new hampshire when two of simone's tires were blown out. but it is what happened after the chase that is raising concern. simone exits the truck and appears to give himself up. as he lies face down on the pavement, officers started throwing punches. simone's sister is furious. >> it is very shocking, to say the least. disturbing to see when someone willingly gets out of the vehicle, goes to their knees, goes flat out on their stomach, it didn't seem like there was anything apparent in his hands or anything like that. it was kind of very shocking. >> reporter: in a statement the massachusetts state police said, quote, the pursuit, like all pursuits that involve massachusetts state police, will be reviewed by the department's pursuit committee. officials say they will also investigate whether the level of force used to apprehend simone was appropriate. obviousl

already being replaced for unrelated reasons, a process that began april 5, weeks before prince's death. attempts to reach dr. schulenberg was unsuccessful. his attorney isn't talking. kurt johnson said prince went to a local hospital and received fluids during his visit. prince's rock band worked for the superstar in the early '90s and helped manage paisley park. johnson was a trainer at this local gym. multiple employees say he is on leave because he was so close to prince. nbc news learned that kirk johnson is now being represent by kurt tyler in minneapolis who specializes in criminal defense. tyler declined to comment on the case. they are saying they released that search warrant with details about dr.

all the ingredients are going to be on the website, but we need ingredients, chocolate and and oreos. we're going to start with a little bit of butter. do you want to add in the chocolate? >> dump the whole thing in? >> dump the whole thing in, unless you want to snag one for yourself. >> i do, and actually, i already have. you don't need a double boiler? >> no, but at this point you can turn off the heat because the heat is going to be enough for the chocolate to melt nicely. >> and you don't want it to burn. >> exactly. while that's doing its thing, we're going to add sugar and eggs. you want to beat that until it doubles in size, like five minutes, six minutes. >> you have the whisk attachment on there. >> exactly, the magic of television. i think we might have one double in size, though. >> that's what that should look like.

keep the egg in tha place it on. it's a beautiful, beautiful light batter. there are a couple stages to bake this. it's not hard, there's just a little cook time involved. you're going to spread this into a brownie pan. you want to make sure you have a nice, even layer. and then once you have got that on the pan, you parbake it like 15 minutes in the oven. >> meanwhile -- >> meanwhile -- >> -- in the cheesecake department. >> pop that in with that cream cheese. this is an incredibly versatile cheesecake mix. we're going to use it with ours, but you can make it seasonal, you can switch oreos out with peanut butter cups, or with junior minutts and really make this your own. once you've beaten it, you can add eggs and cream, add a little

vanilla, and you'll end up with i'll add some oreos with that creamy mix. >> then you put the cheesecake layer on top of the layer we've already baked? >> right on top. >> is there anything better than this? you can see it's nice and delicious and you want to pour it over your cheesecake. this is kind of an anything goes recipe. over it goes, and we spread it out. now, that one needs to bake for like 20 minutes. >> so you're not overbaking because now the brownie layer is getting another baking? >> we're only going to partially bake the brownies. what you end up with is a spongy texture so you have a line of brownie on the bottom and a line of chocolate on top. the brownie mixture is getting a little firm, so you pop it in the microwave for about 20 seconds. do you want to do the honors? >> sure. it doesn't have to be a figure 8, though?

>> no. the oreos or other candy? >> there's cheesecake, oreos and brownies. >> once you spread that in, you take tons of oreos and tons of candy and it goes back in the oven for 15 minutes and you let it cool, preferably overnight. then slice it into amazingly small pieces. >> and you're in heaven. i'm going for it. you are the best. if you want more of this recipe
