caleb bailey was indicted earlier this month on charges of possessing and making child pornography and having unregistered machine guns and explosives. deputies started tracking bailey back in february when they say he tried to shift illegal explosion siv explosives. he has been replaced as delegate. school officials will again consider cameras on school buses. the school board has to decide whether nearly 1300 buses will get the cameras. back in 2014, several county buses had cameras on board to catch drivers who illegally passed stopped school buses. the money generated by the fine would pay the $15.4 million needed to install those cameras. it's one of the most dangerous intersections this the city and mary cheh wants to see businesses. today she will visit 14th and columbia streets to see what can be done to improve

us. thank you. today ifairfax county, testimony expected to continue in the case of andrew schmuhl, he's on trial for a violent attack on the another lawyer and his wife, the attack came after schmuhl's wife was fired in november of 2014. yesterday in court a crime scene detective showed jurors evidence found in the getaway vehicle. and it included a taser, a handgun, knife, automatic timer device. schmuhl's attorney is arguing that his client was high on prescription pills and did not know exactly what he was doing. tomorrow marks one year since d.c. reporter similar these milton was shot and killed as she waited for a bus. police still don't have anyone in custody for her death. we did an

that's something you don't see every day. a 7-year-old boy takes on an armed robbery suspect, throwing a few punches before the suspect forces him and his parents to the floor. if you take another look, montgomery county police say that the two men carrying guns robbed the gamestop in silver spring. after they pushed the boy and his parts parents to the floor got away with cash from the register. that young man's parents say they want the two suspects locked up. their son is upset and he hasn't put up to the stuffed animal the store manager gave him since that night. >> he considers it something that helps keep him safe. he carry it is with him everywhere he goes. he takes care of it like it's his own child. it's become a bit of a lucky charm. >> we'll give you another look

montgomery county police are asking fors t the community's h to get these guys. prince george's county is number one in the state when it comes to homicides. 16% were attributed to domestic violence. leaders met at prince george's county community college to discuss resources to support those that are and could be affected. the obama administration is facing multiple lawsuits to its new transgender bathroom mandate. texas and ten other states say they are suing over the federal directive that would let transgender students use the bathroom that matched their gender identity. if public schools don't follow the new mandate, they could lose federal funding. and you but two of the states suing have republican governors. quick actn
