his body has arrived back in louisville, where a public and private memorial service are scheduled for later this week. jay gray joins us live from louisville with more. what's the atmosphere like there on the ground? >> reporter: yeah, betty, one of respect, one of thanks. since his death, many have showed up at the ali center, bringing flowers, balloons, as you can see behind me. some because of what he did inside the ring, others drawn here by his legacy outside of boxing. all to say one final good-bye to a man simply known as the greatest. muhammad ali is back home now. a chartered jet carried the body of the the champ and his family and friends back to louisville sunday afternoon. where preparations continue for a public memorial on friday. a celebration of ali's life that will include a winding 19-mile funeral procession past the places that were a part of his life, including the neighborhood wher h

certainly of our lifetime, maybe of all time more. >> reporter: the greatest. now, we expect to learn more about the public memorial later today. what we do already know is that former president bill clinton, comedian billy crystal, and bryant gumble will all speak during that service. >> the greatest of all time for a reason. thank you, jay. breaking news overnight. hillary clinton has handily won puerto rico's democratic primary. clinton scored a major victory on her way to the democratic nomination, nabbing 36 delegates. she's now just 22 delegates short of the 2,383 needed to become the country's first female nominee for president. the puerto rico primary follows clinton's blowout victory in the u.s. virgin islands this weekend. a win in new jersey tomorrow could put her over the top before the california polls even close, but for clinton, it was businesses a usual on the campaign trail. witht

to accommodate the extra traffic because of metro safetrack program, ddot is implementing parking restrictions. ddot will extend morning and evening rush hours by 30 minutes monday through friday on certain busy corridors. that means there will be a emergency parking restrictions along the streets. signs are posted letting you know when you can and cannot park in some areas. businesses in the district say they're already feeling the impact of metro safetrack program. trains now stop running at midnight on weekends instead of 3:00 a.m. d.c. police have set up new pickup zones for cabs, uber and lyft drivers. according to our news partners at wtop, cabs will begin offering shareded rides anywhere within one mile of a metro station or at a cab stand while safetrack is under way. >> we have set up a special section in the app and you can see all the scheduled closures. just search
