today president obama will meet with mark zuckerberg. the conversation will happen on facebook live allowing millions around the world to tune in. they're expected to talk about technology and its impact on society and jobs. both the president and zuckerberg will speak on a panel at the 2016 global entrepreneurship summit in silicon valley. if you own a volkswagen, you may be getting some cash. the car company will mahorn $10 billion in a settlement from the emissions cheating scandal. most of that more than is earmarked to go to car owners. about 500,000 could get an average payment of $5,000 depending on how old your car is. vw owners may also be getting their car fixed or even bought back by the company. a spokesperson has declined to comment. breaking news not only did britain vote to

missionary baptist church. he's accused of sexually assaulting a woman in his congregation. he's charged with second degree assault, fourth degree sex offense and harassment. and right now severe flooding is causing most of west virginia to be under a state of emergency. you see image of a house on fire as it swept down a creek in white sulphur springs, west virginia. flooding is also a major problem across state lines in allegheny county, virginia. at least two people have been killed in the flooding including an 8-year-old boy and an elderly man. dangerous debris is now a concern. >> it's really bad. a raging river. 500 gallon oil tanks and trash cans and gas cans. >> we're also learning a toddler is missing. neighbors report people trapped in their cars and others tried to swim to escape the high water. 0% conm

information, but at about 8:0 last night, police could be seen examining a mercedes suv parked in this lot. at least two of the windows to that vehicle broken out. now, police not releasing much information. we are working to get more on the circumstances surrounding this death and i'll have more coming up in the next hour. reporting live in alexandria, megan mcgrath, news 4. the fight for gun control will move to the senate. u.s. senator blumenthal and chris murphy will call for gun safety reforms. the connecticut congressional delegation wants to put measures in place to prevent terrorists from buying guns following the orlando tragedy. it comes just a day after a 25 hour sit-in over gun control by house democrats. d.c. teen is in custody after police found an assault rifle and ammunition this his home following a flurry of threatening text messages to his

it could take more than nine months to keep flooding from happening again at the cleveland park metro station. look at this video. ddot will start a process to improve drainage, but it won't be done until early next year and then the work has to be completed. in the meantime sand bags are being put in place. although with that kind of rain, i don't know how much sand bags help. a man in tennessee a raising monday to launch a counter billboard campaign. controversial billboards have been removed, but rick tyler is hoping to bring them back. he says the billboard owners caved into fear and took them down without his permission. now a local man is spearheading an effort to

today a former done brar high school coach will be sentenced in a sex abuse case. charles young pled guilty to sexual abuse of multiple teenage boys at the school. he served as assistant track coach at dunbar between 2013 and 2014. he was arrested in 2014 after a victim came forward. prince george's county family is mourning the loss of a daughter killed in a van crash in central america. the "washington post" reports that the 24-year-old was killed in guatemala when the minivan she was in flipped over. there were about ten people in that van when it hit something and went out of control on monday. she had just finished rape counselor training and was in central america for a language immersion course. police investigating a series of possible hate crimes. someone spray painted homes, cars and other p
