irritate. your job is ir -- is to watch kids. >> news 4 spoke with the woman who says she owned the daycare. she called the incident horrific. plans to change the sex ed program at some of our schools could move forward today. lessons on consent and sexual assault could be part of the curriculum at fairfax county. that information would be for students in 9th, 10th and 11th grades. parents have the option to pull their child out of the program. and the future of jeb stewart high school is up for discussion tonight. members will move forward with remaining the building. they will set up a committee to research possible name replacements and how to pay for the changes. we do not expect a final vote on any of the changes tonight.

police department will launch its body camera program. it will demonstrate how they will work at a news conference today. they will give details on use and public record policies for the video. the first 150 officers to be outfitted with cameras will come from all ten of the county's precincts. a georgetown university law professor filed a complaint against mosby. the rules require a prosecutor to refrain from filing a charge unless it's supported by probable cause. so far, mosby has tried three of the police officers charge in freddie gray's death. help is coming for financially strapped puerto rico. the senate has passed a rescue package to help the islan

the bill does not provide any direct financial aid to puerto rico. president obama says he will sign this bill. in the race for the white house now, next week a federal judge will hear a case brought by a v republican delegate saying a state law requiring him to vote for donald trump is unconstitutional. this lawsuit was filed on his behalf. state officials have not responded to that lawsuit. a group of donald trump supporters in virginia is not backing down after its sign supporting trump was vanlized. the group put up the sign with five u.s. flags on their property. they found the flags broken and tossed to the ground. yesterday, somebody spray painted the sign and threw eggs on it. the trump supporters say they want to voice their opinion. >> it's not meant to b

tomorrow. the impact on tomorrow will be moderate. storms likely after 2:00, 3:00, tomorrow afternoon. some of those could be strong and they could produce some locally heavy rain. tomorrow will be a bit of a day. keep a weather eye to the sky. for now, all of our rain chances are well down to our south and east and staying away from us. future weather brings to the shenandoah valley later on today. you can get a sense, nothing to worry about in the metro but there could be a shower or two west of the blew ridge into the shenandoah. things dry out tonight, by early tomorrow morning, couldn't rule out an early morning shower around here tomorrow. bigger chances for rain and stronger storms come here about 5:00, 6:00 tomorrow night afternoon into tomorrow evening. unfortunately, the timing of that is just in time for a lot of people getting on the road and heading out of town at the end of your friday for the long holiday weekend. know that you should probably plan on leaving early tomorrow.

after being detained for a sex crime. a judge found daniel reed guilty of trying to solicit a minor for sex yesterday. he was using a dating app to set up a meeting with a 15-year-old. we should warn you the details are disturbing. >> there were these conversations that mr. reed had that indicated he would want to enslave a young boy as his sex slave and keep him cage up. >> reed will be sentenced in august. he faces ten years in prison. this is the second time this year that a county court commissioner has been convicted of a crime. the self-driving cars at the national press club, christopher hart will discuss how ntsb could

19 of 13 registered voters cast a ballot in a referendum last year and passed 18 to 1. the town will be dissolved to become another part of the county on july 1st. a woman five months pregnant was shocked when metro told her she could not use the restroom at the shadygrove station recently. in the past, she had been allowed to use the employee bathroom while the customer bathroom was closed. on a recent check she was -- trip she was told no. he told her she was abused her privileges. >> i was so appalled and frustrated and that's when i wrote to news 4 and that's when i contacted you and i said please help. >> since we contacted metro, she has not had a problem.
