developing overseas, 167 people are dead and 185 injured in two bomb attacks in baghdad. a mini bus targeted a shopping mall and restaurant. it happened as families and young people were out in the streets after breaking their daylight fast after the holiday ramadan. they are looking for clues and the master minds for attacks on an restaurant. 22 people were killed. among those killed, threes students with ties to american college. two attended emory university. another at berkley. the state department confirmed a u.s. citizen was attacked. no identity was released. isis claimed responsibility there. turning now to a developing story in montgomery county, power should be restored in gaithersburg after a car crashed into a power
