about 20 different swatting victims, including a congressman from michigan, a federal prosecutor from massachusetts and news4 learned one of the victims, the head of the nra, wayneúph lapierre swatted. that1tñ convinces local law enforcement to show upl8f at t in some cases to detain them. wayne lapierre says when he was swatted in 2013, police showed up with guns at his virginia home and briefly detained him. there's another component to this scheme. so-called docksing, taking the credit reports of famous people and putting them online. he admitted that his conspiracy did that and hundreds of thousands of people did that to look at it f

i'll see you then. new details now about a deadly domestic murder over the weekend in prince george's county. news4's derrick ward has details. >> reporter: we are here at prince george's county police headquarters. a local man is in custody after the death of his estranged wife. this happened late last saturday. derom éyodom faces murder charg. the couple had shared a home in waldorf for a couple of years before the separation and neighbors who knew them said that they seemed like a very happy family. >> i think we're all shocked because they just didn't seem to be having any kind of problems that we knew of. >> reporter: police are only calling this a domestic incident.

more on the breaking news now. three people are dead following a shooting outside of a courthouse in michigan. the sheriff in berrien county said the victims include two bailiffs and the sheriff was shot but he's been taken to the hospital.

a plan to build a high-speed train from d.c. to richmond is causing some problems in the fredericksburg area. some residents got notices that the tracks could run into and through their property. there's a meeting scheduled tonight to talk about what else could be done. it takes place at 6:30. joe berry is recuperating this afternoon after getting sick during a concert in new york last night. a fan captured the performer stumbling off stage. he sits on the front of the drum platform and stumbled behind the stack of speakers. perry was playing with his second band, the hollywood vampires along with alice cooper and johnny depp. after the show, cooper tweeted that perry was in stable condition. one of america's top golfers won't be hitting the road to

severe storms brought hail to parts of northern michigan. >> hail of all sizes came down which damaged fruit crops. growers said the fruit was bruised and some was ripped open. the storm damaged tart cherries, sweet cherries and wine grapes which is fruit that hasn't been harvested. they won't know the extent of the damage until midweek. allen walden is the republican nominee running for mayor in baltimore. he learned that he's also facing a health challenge. he's been diagnosed with bladder cancer and will under go surgery early next week. he made the announcement on his website and an e-mail to his supporters. he's 80 years old and says he's encouraged by his doctor's prognosis for a full recovery and says, "this procedure will take me off of the campaign trail for about a month. during that time i'll be
