the same level of the u.s. pentagon and white house. but for the second time in four weeks, investigators found a worker inside carrying a gun. police and court records say that thomas pressley had a firearm in his bag, a smith and wesson .9 millimeter capable of being fired by a single hand. homeland security officials confirmed the arrest and said there was no evidence that the employee sought to do harm. this comes weeks after news4 reported another employee's arrest, a worker who lives in this home. they raided his home and found him at his desk with a ..22 caliber handgun and it was loaded our report in that case got the attention of the u.s. congress. one of the deputies of the u.s.

police arresting two men who were seen with guns near the capitol. and that caused a lockdown late this afternoon. police stopped them near first and c next to the department of labor. this caused a lockdown of the capitol complex which lasted nearly 30 minutes. a third man is still on the run. he bailed out of the car before it stopped. we will continue to follow this and bring you any new informaon. it's a role he's become all too familiar with during his time in office. consoler in chief. speaking in dallas today, president obama said that the country is not as divided. >> i believe our anger can be

i'm mark segraves where a lockdown is over near the capitol and three men are in custody. reports came in for a man with a gun and the incident ended here at first and c streets northwest closer to the u.s. capitol. you can see the silver four-door car coming out of the tunnel. i spoke to eyewitnesss who say they saw at least two or three men in that car who were arrested, taken into custody by the police. we got video from one of the eyewitnesss who took it on his cell

a warning from aaa, speed tickets are going to exceed last year. tom sherwood is along mass avenue in north d.c. with a particularly annoying camera to many of us. tom? >> reporter: wendy, neighborhoods with speed cameras love them. the thousands of drivers caught by them, not so much. every day, thousands of cars travel through the nation's capital and every day speed cameras catch vehicles dangerously exceeding the speed limits. now aaa, the auto club and insurance company, is warning motorists that after a drop-off in ticket funds three years ago,
