on her blog, the tig. megan, nice to see you. welcome back. >> thank you. >> we're making something unusual here. people don't think of this. we are talking about salad on the grill. let's start -- here's the ingredient panel. what do we need to know? >> really simple. we will do a nice grilled sallid, and you can do any sort of dressing you want, caesar or anything else. we will start with marinating the shrimp. all of the seasonings here. >> how long in advance do you do this? >> an hour in advance. you definitely want to put it in the fridge and let it marinate for a bit. >> before you cook the shrimp, what temperature do you like them to be at? >> don't put
