this morning, the unarmed black man who was helping an autism patient when he was shot by police is back home. charles kinsey was released from the hospital. monday in north miami, an officer shot him, a behavioral therapist, when he was trying to help an autistic man who had wondered from a group home. he was laying on his back with his hands in the air. >> the movement of the white individual looked like he was getting ready to discharge a firearm into mr. kinsey. >> the client asked why did you shoot me? the officer said my client i don't know. >> florida state investigators and the state attorneys office are looking into the shooting. governor terry mcauliffe ts

two florida paramedics are facing charge for allegedly taking selfies with unconscious patients. officials say the two ems workers had an eight-month long selfie war. they sent the pictures to each other and three other people. they took pictures with 41 patients. >> sick, juvenile. i don't know who to describe it, who can be the most gross, the most vial. it's humiliation. >> one the patients was a sheriffs deputy. three patients consented. southwest airlines computer glitch has been
