you hear a rumble of thunder, you need to get to a place of safety. don't say we have ten more minutes because sometimes you don't if is a sultry day to be on the outside. it has been super hot, but most of the heat has been here for about the last week. today is the 22nd of july. 18 days have been 90 or higher. the summer of 2010 was very hot, can by the same date this summer, we already had 39 days over 90 degrees including seven days over 100. it has been a hot summer but only recently. by the end of june, we had five days over 90 degrees. right now current heat indexes, the additional heat factor.
