because they never gave a statement. this globo tv video shows the two swimmers taken off their plane and taken to the police station there. the u.s. consulate representative rushed down to meet them. so, did their lawyers. the one person they wanted to talk to, which is jimmy feegen, who did give a statement with ryan lochte about this reported armed robbery sunday morning. he checked in online. they were waiting for him with his picture at the airport. he never showed up. ryan lochte is back in the united states, so they cannot question him further. the police started feeling that they were lied to when they saw this video that was put out by the daily mail.com. it's from surveillance video of the security as the men were going back into the athletic village after they were allegedly robbed.

someone, a group that had just been robbed with a gun put to their heads, as ryan lochte claims and they had a lot of stuff in their pockets, including what looked like wallets they were putting into the bins to be checked when they said, ryan lochte said they had taken his money and his wallet. so, they went to seize their passports and everyone had left the village. this evening, ryan lochte did admit he might have embellished the story a bit. >> when he talked to me tonight, he said that's when the guy pointed the gun in my direction and cogged it. and i pointedly said to him, you had said before it was placed on your forehead and cogged and he said no, that's not exactly what happened and ib think he feels it was more of a traumatic

tonight, all 1300 spaces of on campus house rg filled with more than 300 students on a waiting list. they're working with the students on other housing options. first day is august 29th. today prince george's county executive says he's angry and extremely disappointed over the federal government's decision to stop funding the county's head start program. a federal investigation revealed some preschoolers were punished and humiliated, some forced to hold heavy boxes over their heads, another left to wander home alone crying. baker said this kind of treatment is unacceptable, but that the families, the 900 of the 932 children in the program shouldn't be punished. the county system can appeal the government's decision. baker has vowed to restore the 6

they believe it's the result of a dispute that began at the mansion. it's the been the scene of large parties advertised on social media. arlington county police confirmed law enforcement officers have been there more than 60 times over the past oo few years. and the parties continue even after the mansion was sold to a limited liability corporation. and they still told the initials of the multimillion dollar contract who built it for $24 million. signs are nou in place in the parking lot. they warn party goers who have been instructed by organizers to not do so or risk being towed. the parties are advertised on facebook and instagram. another is scheduled this weekend. just who is organizing it is unclear. news 4. a local woman taking

so, intense lightning. the wind was really moving as well. 60 to 70 mile-per-hour winds with this storm. now it's all over the delmarva and for us, we're starting to wind things down just a bit. few showers, few sprinkles, but that's it. there's the storms way out towards the east. again, a few showers out to the west. most of these should die off and by tomorrow, i think we're looking at an okay morning. and they were down to 73, now coming up as we're starting to dry out. 75 with winds out of the southeast at 6 miles per hour. and 76 down towards fredricsberg and then we're going to see what's going on with the front. it will slowly shift down to the south. maybe a few clouds but all in all, not a bad thursday. matter of fact, i think looking pretty good. 7:00 a.m.,
