apparently happened, one of them have rockville, jack conger are talking to brazilian police exactly what happened. this is new video of the group exiting the police station south of rio, but the men were about to be en route home when they were called in by police. one of them already is. ryan lochte already back on american soil. at the live desk, erika gongs. brazilian authorities became suspicious of the swimmers story after seeing this video obtained by the daily mail. it shows the athletes checking back into the olympic village sunday night. the men did not act like they had just been robbed and seemed to have several items in their pockets despite claiming their wallets were stolen. police also said ryan lochte's story doesn't match with his teammates story. lochte spoke to matt lauer by phone and said he may have been embellished what happened. >> when he talked to me tonight, he said that's when the guy

in the flower branch apartments say they are afraid to go back home. many are still trying to figure out what their next move is. residents like felishia and her husband came back to their apartment to get a few things. they didn't stay very long though. she was unsure about what will happen next. until she learns exactly what happened one week ago, she doesn't feel safe. >> all of us were so scared seeing what happened next door to our neighbors. >> until the results come back, felishia and her husband are splitting their time between the car and a hotel. the prince george's county executive says abuse allegations at the county's head start program are unacceptable. the federal government has now pulled $6.5 medical of funding. this follows allegations of student abuse and poor training. the program

planned at the end of the month. today, business owners and people who live in downtown ellicott city, maryland, will have a chance to clean-up. a five-day clean-up effort gets under way in main street which experienced the worst damage in last month's flash flooding. roads crumbled and buildings were torn apart. after the clean-up, the city will shut down the street for several weeks to make infrastructure repairs. a wildfire in southern california destroying even more homes and it's getting so big, in fact, firefighters really can't assess the scope of the damage. they say the blue cut fire has burned dozens of home and it is only 4% contained right now. according to fire crews, some of the people they are telling to evacuate have been staying home even as the fire grows. they are imploring anybody in san bernardino to get

we're right at 210, near the river point apartments. take a look at the backups as a result of this accident where we have learned one person has been taken to the hospital in critical condition. we are at the spot where the police are diverting traffic off this stretch, where cars are going through some neighborhoods, and we took the route through the neighborhoods to get back on 210. it took us about 10 minutes or so to get through from this spot, but as you can see those backups are way down there. so folks have to back their patience. we can't see much from this point, this vantage point of the actual crash scene, but one officer just told me a few moments ago that all of the cars or the cars involved are gone from the crash site. it's still dark out here so we can't see a whole lot. we're working to get more details on the actual accident itself. we've been following this story since about the
