more information at a news conference at 11:30 tomorrow morning, including the names of those who died. d.c. police searching for the gunman who opened fire here at a basketball court near the hamilton rec senter in northwest washington tonight. a man said he saw two people opening his backpack while he was playing on the court around 7:00. when he questioned them, one pulled a gun and took off with the bag and the motorized bike. no one was injured. finally, some answers tonight for some d.c. residents who have been working for months to get information about crime in their neighborhood. >> they've even held a bake sale to raise money for a freedom of information act request with the justice department. news4's jackie bensen explains how they got a response. >> for a year, the justice department told me that they didn't have the information. >> reporter: denise has been on a mission to find out what percentage of the people arrested for crimes like
