a very strong earthquake in central italy early this morning. the 6.2 magnitude quake caused a number of buildings to collapse in several towns north of rome. rescue efforts are under way right now to dig survivors out of the rubble. a new case of zika is raising some concerns in florida that the virus has spread even farther. a person in the tampa area tested positive. this is the first case outside of the miami area. it is unclear how this person developed zika but officials say that patient has not traveled internationally and sexual transmission has been ruled out as a cause. and, u.s. olympic swimmer jimmy feigen is opening up for the first time about that gas station incident in rio that ryan lochte initially described as an armed robbery. in a statement to nbc news, feigen admits leaving out certain facts when he first spoke to police. he says he was trying to protect lochte because he had pulled a poster off of a wall. feigen called

through 2016 but allegation in late summer of 2014 her tenure at fox news devolved into a nightmare of sexual harassment by recently ousted ceo roger ailes. the suit says on two occasions ailes asked her to turn around so i can get a good look at you. he is not the only one she says acted inappropriately. even though he is not named as a defendant in a lawsuit, she claims in her complaint that bill o'reilly started sexually harassing her in february of this year. through representatives at fox, o'reilly declined nbc's request for comment. but two guests who appeared on fox are publicly refuting her claims after dean cane who she said in her complaint he inappropriately hugged her in a live webcast but he responds through his attorney that he never acted in an appropriate manner toward her. scott brown accused in a lawsuit of putting his hands around her waist said in a tweet that, as a survivor of sexual abuse,

come on the show and reveal the real jolene. >> sweeps. that's the huge reveal. >> i'll check it out. >> dolly, i want to know how you became so open. one of the quotes that people will come to me and say, you look so pretty in that dress. i say it takes a lot of money to look this cheap. obviously that's a famous dolly parton quote. i probably say it every other day of my life. how are you so open, especially being a woman when it is easy for us to show plastic surgery, things we may do to look as good as you do. why are you so open? >> well, why not be? people ask me things. even like about plastic surgery. somebody say why do you talk about it? i say i probably wouldn't if i didn't get caught. first time i ever had anything done they were hiding in a dumpster in the alley so they got a picture. i thought well, i can't very well deny it. thought i might as well just tell it. seriously, i think it is important because i am just that kind of person.

you need to choke it out and get goo doctors and make sure you are doing the right thing. don't just jump out a dumpster and think you are going to get some doctor there. but i've always had good doctors. tried to. >> you are more famous for how open you are about that and other things than for any assets or anything you might have done to yourself. when you go out on the road and you are doing this tour now, largest in 25 years for you, is it an evening with dolly? do you talk and tell stories and bring people in like that? >> i do. in fact, i tell a lot of stuff -- we have a lot of laughs, just like i always use that joke, "cost a lot to look this cheap." but i try to add some of that little humor and things just to keep the mood light. but i love the people. i feel like it's like a family reunion. i never met a stranger. i love those faces loving me. so we just have a little love fest. >> you said earlier you were surprised because songs have

then here you have this groundswell of people paying to come see you in concert. why are you still surprised? is that just how you were raised? >> no, i think it's more than that. course we've ben having serious sell-out tours in europe for years, australia, new zealand. but here in the united states, it is a rule that if you go on tour, you have to have an album and you are usually being played on the radio. you are the whot people on the radio, ones having the hits. when new country came along, me being one of the old artists, they played my classics on the hour and once in a while they play something. so i just assumed -- since i wasn't having hit records here in the states -- that i probably wouldn't be selling out a house. but since we were doing so well everywhere else, the promoter said, can't we try? i said, well, if you think we can sell. sure enough, it's just been amazing. so we started in
