a pool. a man was found in the deep end of the pool. officials don't know how long he was under water. closing arguments are expected to begin this morning in the trial of the maryland man charged in the death of his girlfriend baby. he's accused of killing the 23-month-old child while he was in his care last august. sesay says he found the baby unconscious after he wandered off. in loudon county, a baby was killed in a horrible accident. the five-month-old boy and his mom were hit as they crossed the street. lans down, virginia. the mother was pushing the baby in a crosswalk when the suv hit them. the baby died and

we've learned that a suspect implied having a weapon got away with cash. d.c. police are asking your help in finding and identifying two suspects in a robbery of a 7-eleven in northwest, this happened sunday night in the 200 block of cedar street. the suspects ended that 7-eleven and they tried to take cigarettes from behind the counter. when two employees tried to stop them, with one of the suspects tried to use a hammer. it appears that 7-eleven was robbed in july. d.c. asking for your help in identifying and finding these four persons of interest captured on surveillance video. if you've got any information on any one of these cases, you are asked to call police. three wins in the preseason
