and a developing story out of the district now where police say a second man's clothing was set on fire. "the washington post" reports that the man told police it happened saturday in the 3100 block of 14th street northwest. this happened around 6:30 but the man didn't know how it happened. less than half a mile away on that same street, another man was set on fire during a possible robbery. that was about 11:00 at night. it's unclear if the two cases are connected. and right now montgomery county police need your help in finding this woman murray. she's from kensington. she was last seen walking out of her home on tuesday morning around 4:00 a.m. murray is 5'5", has short black braided hair and brown eyes. police are worried about her emotional and physical welfare. right now close to 100 families living in the condominiums in temple hill are waking up in their cold and dark homes getting ready to clear out for good. we are told after the homeowners

than a million dollars in utility bills there is no gas and no power at the complex. the condo's association treasurer said this began six years ago with a management company allegedly stealing money. apparently they say they were taking condo fees and not paying utilities. yesterday afternoon the county officials gave neighbors 72 hours to vacate. just prior to that notification, one man said his landlord showed up trying to collect next month's rent. >> he came over and tried to get some money. an and he left because he was wrong. >> county officials are trying to help the residents find a place to live now. and you may have heard loud noises in the sky while you were trying to sleep. norad conducted a training exercise over the d.c. area between midnight and 2:30 this morning. this type of exercise helps fighter pilots respond to potential air disasters, air threats i should say. since the september 11th attacks, they have responded to more than 5,000 possible threats. 5:04.

visiting the grave of a loved one. and the gunman responsible for a shooting at a mall in prince george's county is still on the loose this morning. police say it happened inside the parking garage at iverson mall and temple hill yesterday afternoon. the victim is expected to survive. police believe he knew the person who shot him. and tonight there will be a vigil for a prince george's community college student who was shot and killed in upper marlboro. someone shot alyssa banks and a man inside a car in upper the 18-year-old died at the hospital. the man survived the shooting. the vigil will be at 7:00 tonight at largo high school. investigators are still working to figure out what led to the shooting and to identify suspects. 5:06. now to a story you'll only see on news4, acting d.c. chief peter nushen is giving his reaction days after a police officer is arrested and charged with being drunk on duty.

unfortunate accident that never should have happened. but the public should hold off making judgment on this case while the investigation unfolds. >> it's unfortunate for that to happen. you know, to an officer in the agency, i think the public is disappointed when they see something like that. but the fact of the matter is that police officers are human, too. they get involved in these types of things and deal with a lot of stress in their lives. and this could be a result of that. >> officer arthur thompson was charged with dui on sunday him. the super visor was investigating a complaint on thompson filed by a resident. thompson has been on the force for four years and is now on administrative leave. fans are counting down right now as they get to watch the world series a little earlier than usual tonight. we are talking about progressive field in cleveland where game two happens at 7:00 p.m. it is starting a little earlier because of bad weather in the
