walker mill road in capital heights. >> prince georges county bureau chief tracee wilkins is live with more on how the vick tims are being remembered. >> reporter: we're here outside roosevelt high school because one of the teens lived in northwest. you can't see it, but up there at the front door they have a memorial to this student who was shot and killed this weekend. there were tears and a lot of today. >> they were sad. it was kind of like everybody was sad really. it was just like a sad day. >> reporter: students took a moment to remember the memory of their classmate. they put together a memorial in front of the school. prince georges county police say davis was one of two teens gunned down and killed in the

14-year-old todd webb jr., a freshman, was also shot and killed. he lived in the complex where the shooting happened. he died steps away from his front door. gunfire exploded sunday morning. sources close to the investigation say the it began after a party ended. bullet holes pierced the window. there were four other people shot in the parking lot. one of them an adult remains in critical condition at the hospital. the other three are expected to survive. students at roosevelt high are preparing a gathering at the school to say good-bye to davis this week. >> we're going to go to the football field over here and do a balloon ceremony. we are writing letters to let them go at the school. >> reporter: there were counsellors inside the school today. we're expecting the same thing to happen tomorrow when school

any information that could lead to an arrest in this case. but i'm told they are very positive they are going to be able to close this case quickly. reporting live, i'm tracee wilkins, back to you in the studio. >> thank you. new today, there will not be charges against the police officers who shot and killed a woman during an armed robbery at a liquor store. prosecutors in the district say they have completed their review in the shooting death. police officers used excessive force or violated her civil right. that shooting happened about a year ago on alaska avenue in northwest. investigators say the officers shot mcmillen after she and another person robbed a store and fired on those officers. chopper 4 was over the scene of a crash today in charles county. the result of a high speed chase. it all started when a sheriffs deputy pulled over a vehicle

driver had a suspended license. while they were pulled over, the sheriffs say the female driver got in the backseat and the man slid over into the driver's seat and took off. that started a chase that went on for whiles. it ended when the car crashed into a dump truck. the driver took off and is still on the run at this hour. now to the race for the white house. in this final stretch, both fbi's renewed probe of hillary clinton's e-mails. we are just over a week from election day. although early voting is already underway in much of the country. as of today, despite the reignited controversy surrounding clinton's e-mail server, she picked up a new endorsement the final times calls her manifestly more

paint around this memorial. many of these marking where bullet slugs or shell casings fell. you can see there was a lot of gunfire. some of it flew across the street into town homes and blowing out that car window. all clear signs say the family that whoever came here intended to kill and didn't care who was hurt in the process. neighbors offering flowers and hugs stopped throughout the day at the memorial in the it marks the spot where 22-year-old edwin was gunned down. his family calls him junior. his mother was inside their home just down the street when she heard gunshots saturday night and her husband ran out to see what was happening. >> somebody is shooting. a lot of blod.

>> reporter: the surge is huge. red line is the oldest and busiest. three weeks to go here. there are shuttle buss. but your best bet is to switch to the green line, if you can. along the red line, adam tuss, news 4. one person is dead tonight after a fiery crash in prince georges county. it happened at branch road in clinton. police tell us at least four vehicles were involved in the accident. one of them caught fire there. they are trying to re what caused the crash. we'll bring you more details as they come into news 4. a leesburg neighborhood is paying tribute. flags lining the sidewalks in the oak crest neighborhood in memory of brian hoke. hoke was killed earlier this month. there are no details about how he died, but he graduated from the naval academy in 1996. went on to become a knave seal.

overseas deployments. he's survived by a wife and three children. iraqi special forces advancing on the isis held city of mosul. they are coming closer to the city's limits on the east. they are pushing in from some of the christian majority towns they have been able to retake in the past couple weeks. as they move from the east, shiite militia groups are pushing in from the west. there are some concerns that once these groups manage to remove isis from mosul, the he had his hands in the air. he was lying on his back. police still shot him. now the u.s. department of justice is reviewing the case. this happened back in the summer down in miami when one of charles autistic patients ran away. kin see is a behavioral therapist. police showed up in response to a call about a man with a gun.

away. family remembers 50-year-old kim moore as a giving person. she was killed on saturday after a driver slammed into several cars including moore's on eastern avenue in northeast d.c. the driver left the scene but was arrested a a short time later. meagan fitzgerald joins us from the scene of the crash. you spoke with the victim's family today. >> reporter: we did. i can tell you as anyone could imagine, they are devastated. but they also are happened a couple days ago. they find peace in the fact that kim moore died instantly when a driver slammed into her car along eastern avenue here. they tell us every time they think of kim, they instantly smile. laughter isn't when you might expect hours after learning a 50-year-old mother of two, grandmother to one and friend to so many was killed.

new video is questions about an ab suction at the walmart inwood bridge. a group of people enter the store and later video shows two of them putting another person in the trunk of a car and driving off. investigators say the alleged victim doesn't appear to be in distress. they want anyone who recognizes the people in the video to call so they can check on the welfare of the person in the trunk. for the first time since their mother vanished six years
