moten elementary school on morris road. >> tonight this is very troubling. police say this child is just three years old. they say he brought a loaded pistol to moten elementary school behind me in southeast d.c. the child is in preschool. detectives say officers arrested the boy's father, 31-ye-o anthony earl chiels today. security guards checked the backpack and found the pistol around 9:30 this morning. we don't know why the guard checked the boy's bag in the first place. the father is charged with recklessly endangering a child's health. tonight this story is developing and we'll bring you the latest
