health. he also had a criminal conviction which could have disqualified him from driving school buses. he died in the crash along with an mta bus driver and four passengers of the mta bus. no kids were on the school bus at the time of of the crash on tuesday morning. we're working to get new information on a developing story in the district. d.c. police are investigating a shooting in the 4300 block of fourth street southeast. they say a man in his 20s was shot last night before 9:30. at last check, he was in critical condition. we're making additio police have made any arrests or have new suspect information. we do have new information on another shooting in the district that left one man dead. police have released the identity of the victim. he is joshua munson of district heights. the 22-year-old was killed in the 1600 block of t street southeast. it happened late wednesday night. today the man who police say shot two d.c. public school administrators will be in court.

to kill. he shot the man and woman as they sat in the car earlier this year. the victim's car was stuck in the snow there. according to the charging documents, the male victim believes his brother was shot and killed by headspeth in 2007. the woman accused of brutally killing her infant son in 2013 will be arraigned on tuesday. a grand jury indicted lillian alvardo. sh d after giving birth in a bathtub in d.c.'s brightwood neighborhood. police arrested her as she was trying to dispose of the body. alvarado faces life in prison. a u.s. park police officer shot himself in the foot while trying to stop a raccoon attack. the officer was in rock creek park after someone called about the animal. the raccoon attacked the officer who accidently shot himself while fighting off the raccoon. a second officer arrived and killed the animal.
