we start with breaking news tonight at 6:00. just a short time ago police announced the arrest of two men they say vandalized property near the white house, including the new trumpot in the field in just a moment. but for now decision 2016 and we are in fact in the home stretch. hillary clinton and donald trump are crisscrossing the country to motivate their supporters to turn out. >> reporter: donald trump in a furious ballot against time.

all across the world. including right here in washington today. we're here outside the fbi building and you can see just a little bit of the damage here, where you see the word corrupt has been spray paint. and over here you can see an x in green over the fbi seal outside of the fbi building here in downtown washington. we want to sew you some photos that were released by d.c. police a little earlier showing some of the vandalism. we're told that this was discovered about 11: morning. buildings and sidewalks vandalized by spray paint by the demonstrators. that includes the trump hotel, fbi headquarters and an mtd cruiser. two people have been arrested. these were people who were associated with the demonstration. a man from florida charged with defacing the fbi building and resisting arrest. also a man from louisiana charged with damaging that d.c. police cruiser.

was potentially damaged there. that man also charged with resisting arrest. now the million man march involves people who are considered to be anti-establishment. they are protesting against mass government surveillance, internet censorship as well as government corruption. no word on additional arrests but d.c. police say it remains under investigation. >> darcy, thank you very much. a last minute get out the vote push in loudon county today. we caught up with the campaign workers from both parties working the phones, going door to door, talking with residents ahead of tuesday's election. mike pence is gearing up for a rally at george mason university tonight. the republican vice presidential candidate takes the stage at 8:00. a female trooper hurt today while trying to help someone who

jasmine ingram should be okay, the trooper. they haven't pressed charges from the driver from florida yet. right now it doesn't look like alcohol was a factor. she was pulled over when the driver ran into her car. the fbi is offering a hefty reward for information leading to the arrest of two brazen armed robbers. they held up an armored truck outside of the sun trust bank on la this happened last tuesday around lunchtime. two men approached the guard of a brink truck like this one and stole money. they took off in a maroon sedan and we have a description in the next washington app. you can look there. there is a $10,000 reward for information in this case. cameras caught police in minnesota kicking a man several

this was a case of mistaken identity. officers thought the man was a suspect that they were looking for. the incident happened months ago but we are now getting a look at that video you just saw there. the police have apologized and have promised a full investigation. a man wearing a mask and carrying a gun got close to the white house today. secret service agents first spotted him around 1:00. en president obama was not home. agents quickly arrested the armed man and shut down streets. is it streets are back open. that man faces charges of carrying a firearm without a license and committing a crime wearing a the mask. and a reward for information about a sex assault in virginia has gone up. this is the sketch released this week that resembles the man they

thousands of people are not waiting for election day to cast their ballots. you probably heard a lot of people are voting early this year. but as news4 derek ward reports the numbers in fairfax county are impressive. >> absentee voting is now open. [ applause ] >> reporter: the line was already long and getting longer at the start of the last day of in-person absentee voting in fairfax county. you need a reason cast an absentee ballot here. >> they can range from commute or traveling out of county or even out of the country. 19 total reasons. >> reporter: including being confined either while awaiting trial or for a misdemeanor conviction. if you are eligible and there is a will there is certainly a way. >> we'll be near about 80% or so. >> that is about half a million votes in one of the states
