now to decision 2016, we're just hours away from election day and this morning, hillary clinton has been cleared again by the fbi. director james comey says clinton still will not face charges after the fbi reviewed another batch of newly discovered e-mails. most are duplicates of those previously reviewed. clinton's staff says it is glad the matter is resolved. donald trump says the latest announcement by the fbi rigged. this has been one of the most contentious and exhausting campaigns in modern history. in about 25 hours, millions of people will head to the polls to choose the next president. we have a team of reporters covering every angle of decision 2016. news4's molette green is looking at a new push in virginia today but we begin with news4's angie goff at the decision desk with the jam packed schedule for both candidates. >> aaron, that's right.

today, hillary clinton will begin the day in pennsylvania with an event at the university of pittsburgh. from there, she will tray to michigan for the get out the vote rally there and tonight she will head back to pennsylvania for an all star rally at the independence hall. she will be joined by president and mrs. obama. former president bill clinton, her husband, and chelsea clinton and at midnight, clinton will head down to north carolina for a midnight get out the vote rally and republican nominee in a state he must win, florida. after a rally at the sarasota fairgrounds, he will travel to north carolina and hold a rally in raleigh at the fair grounds there. from there, trump will travel to pennsylvania where he will speak with students and supporters at a college. his running mate, mike pence will join him in new hampshire later tonight. trump and governor mike pence

commonwealth today. ivanka trump is scheduled to make two appearances. she will answer questions at town hall events at red rose banquet. and trump national golf club in sterling. another big race to watch this election day is the face-off for the maryland u.s. senate seat held by democrat barbara mccullsky. chris van hollen is hoping to keep the seat blue as m retired. kathy szeliga has a big day ahead as well. she will kickoff appearances in baltimore before anarundel county. there is a referendum on whether residents think d.c. should become a state. three council seats are up for grabs. each candidate is running unopposed. a record number of people have already voted in northern virginia. saturday marked the final day for in person absentee ballots

10,000 people came to vote on just that one day. just under 3,800 voted in arlington county which also set a new one day record. trust news4 as we countdown to decision 2016. you can check out the election guide we've created in the nbc washington app and we'll have more live reports as our team coverage continues this morning. fire investigators in charles county are looking into what caused a fatal brushfire on garner avenue around 5:00 p.m. has not been released. fire crews say the fire was put out within five minutes. what was meant to be a fun weekend to celebrate a friend's up coming marriage turned deadly for a maryland man. toronto police say 26-year-old julian jones was beaten to death outside of a bar in the city early saturday morning. police say jones did nothing to prevent the attack and they're now investigating this as a homicide. police are looking for at least two suspects.

largest protest yet. it has been two months since a d.c. police officer shot and killed the maryland man after a crash between sterlings motorcycle and a police cruiser. the protest is planned for 7:00 p.m. at the spot where sterling was killed. we're learning the details of another deadly shooting. a deputy was killed had in georgia and another shot as well. investigators say a group of people called police after the neighbor threatened them. two deputies went to interview the neighborhood. they were shot in the neighbor's neighbor. alarming new video from just before that deadly bus crash in baltimore. take a look at the surveillance video from a gas station. you can see the school bus zooming past the camera. that bus slammed into an mta bus. the school bus driver and five others were killed. our news partners at twop report authorities won't answer

woman. what have you learned at this point? >> reporter: well, aaron, what is interesting is this happened in a shopping center parking lot which presumably at 5:30 yesterday afternoon would have been some what busy. we know this woman was 26 years old. police believe she knew her killer and that she knew the person who did this to her. we have a map to show you if you're familiar with this shopping center. it is off of 66 and lee gainesville. police got here, again, about 5:30 in the afternoon. they found the woman. she had been shot. she was taken to the hospital and did not survive. police are telling us that the shooting does not appear to be random. they do think this woman knew the person who shot her. so, again, today police are looking to find out who this is. more information as we get it. back to you.

5:47. new developments in the chilling kidnapping and murder investigation in south carolina. investigators have found a second body buried on the same property where a woman was found chained in a metal container. on friday, the body of the kidnapped woman's boyfriend were found. they have charged todd kohlhepp with four murders from 2003. he implicated himself. knowing what happened that day. it doesn't bring the peace you would think one would feel. >> police are looking to identify the second set of remains. investigators are searching other properties kohlhepp owns or used to own. >> a police officer was hit by a car and died in utah today. cody brothererson was 25 years old.

car at an apartment complex. car hit him. two were taken into custody. the police department says his death was a great loss for the entire community. today, police in iowa will say goodbye to one of their own. police sergeant anthony bemino was ambushed and killed while in his cruiser last week. police say a man killed him and then another officer in separate attacks. he will be buried in des moines today. also today, sentencing is scheduled for the man accused of carrying out a shooting spree at airport. 26-year-old paul ciancia pled guilty to the 2013 rampage. a federal security agent was killed in the shooting. three other people were injured, including a tsa agent. ciancia was spared a life penalty but faces a mandatory life in prison. d.c. residents could approve a plan to move ahead with a state hood campaign. it is the first time state hood
