i saw pork tenderloin and thought, okay, that will play a starring role. i sliced up the pork tenderloins and soaked in water my wooden skewers, five minutes on each side on a skillet and grill and pork skewers, now comes the peanut butter sauce. >> i never heard of peanut butter sauce. >> like a pie, saute. >> half a cup of creamy peanut butter, quarter cup this is water. two tablespoons of soy sauce. if you want a little bit of hot sauce, i'd put it in there. >> sure. why not? >> you mix and mix and you get this creamy dreamy sauce and go ahead and dip that in there. very kid friendly as well. a full serving is only 170 calorie, 25 grams of filling protein.
