have been watching the largest protest of the night. it's all happening up the road in baltimore. nearly 1,000 people have been marching through the city. at one point demonstrating right outside the baltimore ravens game. in fact officials had to temporarily close a couple gates at n and c stadium. they have been chanting everything from not my president tomi at one point officers handcuffed one person on the ground but for the most part it has been peaceful. these protests are taking place across the country and starting to get backlash on social media. some have accused protesters of protesting free democratic elections just because the process didn't turn out the way they wanted. >> chris lawrence reporting. a major rally on wall street today. the dow jones industrial average

germantown, maryland, back in 2013 a. mother shot and killed in broad daylight as she walked to a bus stop. news4's jackie bensen is in rockville tonight with the latest. jackie? >> reporter: doreen, new trial, new evidence, same verdict in the case of two unlikely hit men. the new evidence introduced at trial is security camera video from a nashville, tennessee gun store. it shows a middle both grandparents, shopping for the gun they would use as do-it-yourself hit men in the murder of the man's ex-wife. the 30-year-old was shot on october 12th, 2013 as she crossed chris call rock drive near the home she shared with her teenage son. it is reported they were fighting over alimony.

before 7:00 couldn't on grant road northeast near thomas elementary school. no word of any arrests. a counsellor who was supposed to be taking care of young children is now charged with sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl. paul ramos is facing several charges including sexual offense. police tell us raoul worked in a privately-run ars end of august and the end of october he inappropriately touched the victim while playing tag with her. the alleged abuse took place while the girl was enrolled in a kids after-hours program at the flower valley elementary school. late in 2014 yahoo had evidence a hacker broke into its computer network but it took the company at least 18 months to launch an information that found personal information had been

condition around the land. this year, due to other issues, lack of arctic sea ice, putting all those things together, and the jet stream is to the south. we are cold that most of the big storms say south of the washington, d.c. area. if we see big storms develop they will develop off the however we could get clipper like systems and we will get storms that bring us snow. let's talk about the forecasted snow total for 2016-2017. down to the south, always getting less down here. 8 to 14 inches. let's talk about each region. you are going to be hard pressed to see all snow events this season. but we will see a dumb of them. towards the i-95 corridor, 15 is average for dc.

average because i think we will see snow during those times. 20 to 208, leesburg, dulles, gaithersburg area. more here and back towards the west, 28 to 40 or more. many areas and mountains always get more than that. these are martins bill and and haguerstown. one time to watch, around christmas, which i expect to be a very cold time. better chance of a white christmas this year. better chance of bigger storms towards march. if they happen to have enough cold air that's the time we could see big storms especially towards our western zone. there you go for our snow totals. et cetera a going a cold winter and average to a little bit above average snowfall. 50 currently. wends out of the southwest at 9 miles per hour. as far as the temperatures go, look at the range here. 55 in martinsburg. 37 in manassas. very odd to see that.

it's called decoupling. any time we decouple, it allows the warm air to move back into the upper atmosphere. that's what is happening there. we will see temperatures drop off early tomorrow morning. it will start off cold. you don't need umbrellas tomorrow even though we have front moving through. it is a not back to the west. look at the the country here. almost nothing going on. clear skies but look what's coming out of canada. that's a cold front moving through the hudson bay, through the great lakes and it wi day tomorrow. i still expect a pretty nice day for veteran's day. chilly, many will wake up to the up other 30s in suburbs. temps make it up to 64, 65 degree range tomorrow. then it gets windy and by 7:00 we are tool cooler. some of you by 8:00, 9:00 will be in the upper 30s for the wind chill. if you are heading out on friday
