identity theft scheme. it has notified some staffers about a new phishing attempt. it is a trick to lure victims into revealing private information. cyber command has issued an alert saying sending e-mails to military staffers pretending to be federal human resource officers with the office of personnel management. the warning also says the e-mail includes possible malware, and cyber, quote, consistently meant to impact military and bargained for. neighbors near the clarksburg premium outlet says the traffic in the area was already a headache. now, some say it's downright unbearable. and there's not enough room on the road. news 4's darcy spencer is taking a look at the traffic trouble. darcy. >> well, pat, we've been hearing about the traffic problems for the last couple of weeks, and i can tell you, it's not getting
