police on the scene seeing back-ups quickly. we'll have travel times for you and a new problem in maryland in ten minutes. >> thank you. developing this morning, the search is on for the person who stabbed two teens at the wheaton metro station in the middle of the day molette green is live with the tools investigators are using to catch the suspects. molette, good morning. >> reporter: eun, good morning to you. this is where the injuredo montgomery county police said at the very start they were looking for up to three suspects involved. they've been able to identify one suspect so far and they are using whatever was captured on nearby surveillance video to be able to identify the other suspects here. the attack on the teen boys, ages 15 and 16, actually happened, we understand in a bus bay here on the west side of the wheaton metro station and it was

return fire. police set-up this perimeter to shut down that scene, hoping then to track down that suspect. eun? >> a suspect is in jail accused of fatally shooting a northern california sheriff deputy. david machado was on a crime spree when he shot and killed the deputy execution style. after hours of searching, police realized the wanted man was already in custody. machado was arrested after allegedly trying to steal a purse. has died over seas. ronald murray was assigned to fort bliss. he was in cue wait supporting a mission to fight isis. they called his death a noncombat related incident. the 23-year-old enlisted two years ago. they called him an outstanding soldier. more than 40 businesses and groups from prince george's county are headed to cuba.

county executive rushern baker. they will talk about developing new education programs. 6:34 right now. imagine calling 911 and only hearing a busy signal. lawmakers are trying to prevent that from happening again. kristin wright is live in rockville now with more on what they plan to do. kristin? >> you hate to think about how it feels to call 911 during emergency and get a busy signal. council members will meet in three hours from now to talk about ways to make sure there isn't another outage. you may remember the name marlin soboria. his family was calling 911. they couldn't get through top 911 and he died. the outage lasted for two hours. besides preventing another awful situation like that one, today

boys to the hospital. now, montgomery county police are looking for two suspects and they're using whatever information, whatever they can see on surveillance video that was captured nearby in order to find the other two suspects, they've actually identified one suspect, but police at this point haven't released any information about that. the attacks on the teens ages 15 and 16 happened in a bus bay here inhe wheaton metro station and it was sunday afternoon, so it was the light of day. the victims who ended up at the tunnel entrance to the station are expected to recover from their injuries. we're working to find out exactly a motive. what led up to this stabbing incident that put these teens in the hospital. that is the latest live from the wheaton metro station. back to you. >> thank you, molette. two young boys stabbed over of the weekend in the district heights area are recovering
