and then if you like this you might like this. this is a crunchy brussel sprout salad. only a few ingredients. hot pan with olive oil. i chopped up the brussel sprouts. you can use an actual mandel lin and food processor and it will do it for you. right into the pan here, i will put in my brussels and just will saute up. oven is just real estate hard to buy, right? you can get on the stovetop with this and make it work. >> you won't cook these very long, will you? >> not very long. just to take the crunch off and brighten it up. you can see in the back, getting the beautiful green color. that will move around a bit.
