sirloin. we have two eggs per pound. we're going to put some bread crumbs. we will put garlic. this is probably not enough. a little salt and pepper. and a little parmesan cheese. then, we'll -- we beat it all up. put it together. it comes out like that. i'm a mess here. we would roll them. i have a little water. i like to roll them with a little water. it puts a little water into the meatball. >> that's a great tip. >> do you know what the secret of a great lasagna his, al? >> what's the secret? >> you have to make the meatballs fist. people put chopped meat in there and you have a hamburger in your lasagna. you make the meatballs first and crush them up and put them in the lasagna. we brown these and i have the garlic and oil and once i finish them, they come out like that.
