his older brother shot in the leg outside of the hamilton mall. near atlantic city. it happened around 1:00 this morning when the mall was closed. it opened as scheduled at 6:00 a.m. police have not made any arrests. a woman dead after crashing in a greyhound bus in arizona. police say the driver was going the wrong way down the interstate when she hit the bus head-on. look at the aftermath. the car destroyed. there were 35 people on board e word why the woman was driving the wrong way. covering northern virginia now. fairfax county police investigating a murder in falls church section of the county. police say someone was killed inside an apartment on seminary road. news4's darcy spencer has been following the story all morning and she joins us live with more information. darcy? >> hey there, david, this killing happened at that condo building right here behind us.

10:00 p.m. >> a man called in and provided information of a suspicious event we were spotted here, the 5500 block of seminary road and found a man deceased inside an apartment. >> police say the victim had suffered trauma to his upper body. the investigation stretched into the overnight hours, a car was towed from the complex this morning with a police escort. many were out of town for the holiday or like this man, busy with family. he didn't notice the police were here. >> it's pretty insane to know it >> now police are telling us they're does not appear to be a wider threat to the community. they do plan to release additional information about the investigation later on today. we're live in falls church, darcy spencer, news4. darcy, thanks. let's say in northern virginia now for another death investigation developing in manassas. around 1:00 a.m., police found

everyone's favorite mother/daughter duo returning to tv today, "gilmore girls" a year in the life premieres today on netflix there are four 0-minute episodes each named for a season. 16 years ago tv viewers were introduced to the two characters. the show followed their life together, now rory is 32 and dealing with change in her life and career. it's the fastest-talking dialogue show i've ever seen. the forecast if you're going shopping or not. lauryn, what's it look like? >> not looking that bad. we've got the cloud cover and mild temperatures as we continue through the day. all in all, not going to be that bad. temperatures are going to drop out, this is the wrong ten-day forecast, that's what i get for working it out. here we go, i'm going to show you this real quick. temperatures topping out in the 50s for daytime highs, 59 for a daytime high.
