>> reporter: what's especially painful to hear for the family and the friends of the 16-year-old who died is for the acting police chief to say that the shooter just fired indiscriminately into a crowd. now, this is especially devastating obviously for breyona mcmillian's family and for the southeast community who loved her so much. large crowds showed up sunday boarding school student. friends say she had such great promise. breyona mcmillian she was home for the holiday when police say she was the unintended victim shot multiple times in her apartment complex friday morning. >> i was in agony when i heard the news. i mean, i couldn't even -- i literally could not hardly breathe at work, you know, i was in so much pain myself as if it was my daughter.

these claims with evidence, though. the latest count shows hillary clinton won the popular vote by more than 2 million votes. tracie potts will have more on this and the trump transition. wisconsin, michigan and pennsylvania are the three key states where recounts are happening or could happen. jill stein raised the money to take a look at the tight election results. today wisconsin election officials are meeting to talk about a possible timeline for a recount which has to be finished by december 13th. tomorrow, stein does, to do the same. a call for those recounts in pennsylvania and michigan respectively, officials say there is no evidence that voter results were hacked. covers prince george's county this morning police want you to take a look at this missing 12-year-old girl, her name is aleah williams, prince george's county detectives say she was last seen on rock quarry terrace in district heights, she may be wearing pink boots, jeans and a white vest.

exposure charges in morning. deputies say they arrested russell hendley after he touched himself in front of a woman. deputies say in the past he has been arrested on similar charges. this morning d.c. police are looking for two men who robbed a postal worker at gunpoint. this happened on saturday at second and adams street in northeast. that postal worker s pistol whipped, punched and kicked him, they stole their mail backs, shoes and wallet. they are offering up to $50,000 for information that leads to arrest joos tributes for a fallen redskins player, how his fellow players are referring sean taylor nine years after his death. the cyber monday craze a

m when you hop in your car today. a pennsylvania man is charged with murder for shooting a teenager inside a fire station. the shooting happened last night as people inside the red stone township firehouse were preparing for a parade. the 21-year-old man shot the 16-year-old junior firefighter in the face. that's according to police. officials have not released the victim's name. the shooting has stunned the community. >> i just can't tak granted, it could be like that, you know. so our -- our thoughts and prayers are certainly with this family. >> the suspect will appear in court next week, no word yet on the motive for the shooting. the family of the san bernardino shooters hopes to adopt the couples or fanned child. according to the "washington post" tashfeen malik's sister

their family has been cleared by the fbi but it's still unclear when a decision about the child will come. police in northern california are investigating a shooting that happened at a movie theater last night. they say a man threatened a security guard after some type of incident inside one of the theaters saying that he had a gun and would shot the guard. police say the security guard shot the man and that no gun was found on him. he suffered nonlife-threatening injuries. and the security guard have not been released. 613 inc. to. this weekend marked nine years since one of the most memorable redskins players of all time passed away, sean taylor was killed november 27th, 2007 at his home in miami. this weekend the nfl remembered number 21. you're the reason i wear 36. you're a reason why 21 is my favorijubu number and you're th reason why i play every day,

>> reporter: we're watching right now a gradual reboot to a normal morning commute at the west falls church station, even metro is admitting its orange -- rather silver line riders have suffered through a lot of traffic tie ups over the past year, several surges in place and now another one is under way. irs for some 24 days metro crews will repair and install thousands of feet of track resulting in single track east falls church stations. expect orange line trains to travel every 20 minutes between screen na and new carl ton. silver line trains every 20 minutes and residual blue line backups are expected here, too. here at west falls riders and cab drivers are readying for a challenging few weeks. >> despite the frustrations i still feel like the metro is the

object and at one point the man hit an officer in the head with the blunt object, the other officers shot the suspect vjim. the officer was taken to the hospital but is expected to be okay. right now in northern virginia there is a search for the person who vandalized nearly 30 vehicles this weekend. take a look at some of the damage here. police say someone drove around several neighborhoods in alexandria late saturday into early sunday morning and smashed out these windows. they think the person who this used either a bat or a pipe to do the damage. police also say that the vandals did not take anything from inside the cars. residents, though, say what the vandals left behind is a costly burden. >> some people don't even have the money to even fix their cars, so, i mean, i feel bad for those that, you know, can't even make it to work probably day. >> this happened in the west end of the city, the cars were
