the ohio state student who tried to kill people on campus this morning. what he posted on facebook just before his attack. storm team 4 tracking rain making its way our way. it will affect your tuesday. another storm moves in on wednesday. >> announcer: news4 at 11 starts now. first up tonight, parents concerned about the time it's taking for charges to be filed on their daughter's rape inside a georgetown mansion. >> jackie bensen first a woman claimed someone assaulted her at a halloween party. she says another woman was beaten when she tried to stoiptd. jackie is live in georgetown with an update. >> reporter: we are not showing the parents to protect the identity of their daughter. >> ended up asking her if she knew anything about that party and something that might have happened there. and that's when she told me that it was her.

the pain filled conversation was prompted by a story that aired october 31st on news4. dc police responded to a 911 call reporting that a woman had been forcely raped during a halloween party at the dodge mansion on p street in georgetown. the annual barb is thrown by the hom's owner who runs his family's multimillion dollar corporation. the owner is o reported by the girl as the rapist. a witness talked to news4 via phone. >> i was sitting in the lower level talking with a few people and i heard like crying from upstairs. when i came in i went to the bathroom. she was laying on the ground. she said she needed clothes. i started talking to her.

while we were in there. grabbed me by my arms, which i had like two bruises from. and took me and threw me on the ground. >> the 21-year-old mother worries drinking and drug use at the party may be clouding what she believe is a clear-cut matter, a crime against her daughter. >> i don't care how much money they have, i don't care what power they have. you need to speak up. this is what our country is about. nobody is above the law. >> reporter: now n a statement to news4 tonight, a agency, quote, has a legal and moral obligation to thoroughly seth reports of sexual offenses and allegations to determine if a crime has been committed. the statement goes on to say once it has been established that a crime has occurred the agency must call all efforts to identify the offender and present the facts to the district attorney's office.

attacker. nor has he been accused of any crime. a luxury hoemgts in downtown dc is now the site of a sexual assault investigation. police are looking for your help. they are trying to find this man captured on survillance at the grand high yacht. it is said the attacker had a knife on him when sexual assault a woman. tonight investigators are searching the apartment of an 18-year-old ohio state university student. he went on a rampage today that injured nine of his fellow students. >> reporter: mid morning calm, and then chaos at ohio state university. >> i was going to class and just lots of people were running and was nervous. >> reporter: it was originally reported as an active shooter

gather outside outside an engineering building. that's when a man in a car jumped the sidewalk and plowed into them. police say the man got out of the car and attacked bystanders with a butcher knife. >> we heard the chaos. shoud shouts, screams, shots, that kind of thing. >> reporter: an officer confronted the attacker, then shot and killed him. >> he engaged the suspect and eliminated the threat. >> reporter: tells numbers 4 it was an 18-year-old smoly living in the u.s. legally. police were seen searching a home not far from campus. they believe the attack was intention. why? one clue may be this post on facebook. led to a boiling point, i can't take it anymore. >> done on purpose. to go over the curb and strike

lady on the flight just opened the door and jumped out talk about an emergency exit a. stunned passenger in houston recorded the incident after a woman opened the door and bolted today. you can see her jumping onto the tarmac and running away from the plane. our affiliate in houston reports that woman is under medical evaluation tonight. the fbi was involved briefly but determined she was not a threat to national security. forced out with no place to go. now about 50 families are hoping

home. >> last agt august residents of east end mobile home park were told they had six months to relocate. shomari reports if they can't keep their home they at least want more time. >> very disappointed. >> reporter: he only has three months to move from his home at the east end mobile home park in manassas. he has owned a place here for 12 years. >> i don't have a place to go, where to move my trailer. , frustrated. >> reporter: tonight many residents share in his frustration. they told the manassas city council about how they feel about the city piing the land from the property owner. 50 families, more than 200 residents, are being evicted on february 28th. the save our homes alliance is helping them fight back. >> come up with a plan that helps support the residents. >> reporter: we first told but this story last august when

intoxicated and stumbled into the wrong house. when officers got there, he was fast asleep with no clothes on. he has been charged with burglary, indecent exposure and possession of narcotics. dc residents voiced concerns about the construction of dc united's new stadium. the site is located on buzzard point, it used to be home to a secret mixing and metal crushing facility. residents tell us the construction will up trucked through the haven'ttial streets. if the construction goes as planned dc united will move into the new $300 million complex in 2018. the team says it want to be a partner with the neighborhood. it's been so long i have got a feeling a lot of us are going to be trying to dig out those umbrellas and rain coats. >> we haven't seen much rain. quarter of an inch for the

been tracking this fire around the god landberg tennessee area. downtown gatt landberg has been evacuated. this is the gatt landberg area which has 30 structures on fire right now in the area. this fire is pushing up on the famous dollywood area. this has been a dangerous situation down there the last few weeks as they are seeing tremendous doubt conditions. they are going get help storm. they have also seen 50 to 60 miles per hour winds this the evening, too. we are going to get the rain and the wind, too. let's track it on future weather. 7:00 a.m., showers moving through. we will see wet roads. notice just shower variety tomorrow, off and on around noon, around 1:00. then after 1:00 it gets out of here in a hurry. by tomorrow afternoon we are clearing out. tomorrow night could be some fog. and then on wednesday we see

this one here giving the heaviest rain over the i-95 corridor. that would be hugely beneficial if that was in fact to happen. but this is a quick hitting rain, too. by noon it's just about out of here. and once again we are just dealing with shower activity. i mentioned the winds. they are going to bring temperatures up to 65 on your tuesday. up to 70 on wednesday. again both days have some rain, half an inch to an inch across much of the area. some locations could pick nice weather thursday, friday, and saturday. we dry and start to cool. high in the upper 40s to around 50 on saturday. not bad if you were thinking about getting out and getting the christmas tree. i'm tracking another storm on sunday. it is one to watch. uncertainty with that storm. we have five days to take a look at that. one thing for sure, much colder air moving in next week.

the wizards beat the kings 101-95. the redskins, they were back to work today. not just our tight end jordan reed did not participate in practice. he is sitting out with a separated ac joint he suffered thursday against the cowboys. listed as day to day. not sure of his status this sunday against the arizona cardinals of the just five games left for the burgundy and gold. they are treating each game as a must-win if they want to make the playoffs. the urgency can be felt in the locker room. and this game right now is a huge game for both teams. they are fighting just as we are fighting to keep it going and hoping to find a spot in the playoffs. >> lose one, you might be put in the position that you can't make it in the playoffs. right now we put ourselves in the position not win a division title. our next goal is to get into the playoffs. the next five weeks by all means, we must go 5-0.
