new tonight a man accused of setting his girlfriend on fire is behind bars now. police arrested louis reader in richmond this evening. he was caught just hours after delores williams died from burns suffered inside their fairfax county home here last month. police tell us the couple got into a argument and reader set williams on firedfire. he had been on the run. police tell us a tip helped we have word that the man killed in alexandria last night was on the run after escaping from a prison in california. he was found behind the town house where he used to live years ago. this is the seventh homicide in alexandria this year, the third in this section that's north of old town since june. alexandria's acting police chief says various outreach groups are working to find solutions to the
