at west wood wheaten mall. the stabbing happened outside the mall yesterday. chopper 4 was over the mall as they searched cars. police have not released the names or ages of the two people who died. they're offering a reward for information that leads to the suspect's arrest. green belt police will be working to figure out how two people died on spring hill drive. around 6:00 last night. they believe the two people knew each other but so far their deaths are only being called suspicious. today more people could be arrested in coneection with the public corruptions scandal. we learned former counsel member, compost pled guilty to accepting bribe money. they say he accepted

leaving his car unattended and running in his driveway. police said the main component of the case is whether the key is in the car. they say using a remote would have been okay because the key is not in the car and apparently you're allowed to warm up your car but you can't leave it unattended. he left the car in the driveway but went back in his house -- and that was the issue. the ticket is $128. people said come on, it's michigan, it's cold. >> but the law's the law. >> that's the other thing i'm getting too. according to the epa one out of every eight cars that was stolen in 2015 had the keys inside. just so you know if your car is found idling for more than three minutes in d.c., you face a fine
