congress is reacting to a news4 i team investigation. a couple of months ago, scott macfarlane reported on lack of accommodations on capitol hill for pregnant women and new moms. new congress is promising to fix this. >> reporter: some members of congress and congressional staffers have told the i team that one of the problems is parking garages, not enough designated parking spots for expectant moms, who have to make a long walk to the office. a particular problem on u.s. capitol grounds where access to cars is limited and most travel by foot. in our investigation last year found a background memo saying adding more maternity parking would be valuable. today in the first meeting out of administration, said adding

more about the victims and what investigators tell us led up to the attack. pat collins is live. >> reporter: police have identified one of the victims as angel alfredo panetta gomez, say he's 22 years old from silver spring. this began as argument, led to fight, ended in case of double murder. police say a group of four young men busted up this planter outside a restaurant in the mall and then used the broken bamboo sticks in a fight with another young man. that man had a knife and ended up stabbing and killing two members of the bamboo group. tense and bloody times yesterday at westfield wheaten shopping mall. karen was here as it was
