this morning, some guests at the ritz carlton in ghornlgtown are waking up after a stressful night. d.c. fire had to evacuate some of the rules due to unsafe levels of spray paint fuels. they have not said why it was being used. we know one person had to be evaluated. no word on that person's condition, though. most of the guests were allowed to go back into their rooms before 10:00. some severe weather to tell you about this morning. >> erica is following the

ago murder suspect outside a walmart. marchkeith lloyd shot her. another car turned in front of a motorcycle and that deputy was killed. this morning, lloyd is still on the run, but three of his associate res behind bars. jameis was arrested. she's his boyfriend and helped him collect money to stay on the road. lloyd's boss and niece were also arrested. lloyd is wanted for a murder in december. 5:15 right now. we're hearing from congressman rutherford's chief of staff this had morning. this comes after the florida representative was taken from the capital on a stretcher yesterday. in a statement, kelly simple so i know says congressman rutherford is conscious, alert and in good spirits. he did not suffer a heart
