substitutions. and i wanted to do somethi people like to eat that way. >> hoda always has to. >> blend it really, really well and you get something that comes out about like this. >> okay. >> which is very much like alfredo sauce. then for this pasta dish, i want to season it with a little bit of chili flakes, some salt. >> with the tails on. >> or you can take them off. i think they are decorative. >> i like the tails on. >> you cook them for -- >> it's a personal choice. >> go with it. so cook them for two or three minutes on each side and they come out like this. then we'll use orchietti pasta. so you dump that in the sauce. and then your shrimpies like this. and i'm going to put in some
