that even though president obama has played golf at the club before, it is not known whether he even wants the on join that club. today on capitol hill, a controversial paint sg being taken down for good. it's in the tunnel leading to the u.s. capital. the painting was made by an 18-year-old from missouri and it depicts officers as pigs arresting protesters. gop lawmakers removed it from the wall several times and missouri democrat lacy clay put it back up. the capital architect was asked to review whether that painting violated contest rules by being too sensationalistic and it is now being removed. a bill would have to make power companies to give refunds if it made excessive profits. it was called the refund restoration bill.. it would require virginia power companies to refund overcharged

it's 4:58. a northern virginia community is rallying together to help its family impacted by a deadly crash. taylor wolf was a father of two with another child on the way. chelsea was sell wrating her 1st birthday. both were killed in a crash last week on robert e. lee drive. the truck they were riding in ran off the road and caught fire. now friends of both victims set up a gofundme page to raise money for wolf's young children. >> i want them to know their daddy loves them more than anything and that their father would have done anything for them. a little bit of financial help can help a little bit. >> now, we are expecting more details about the crash from the spotslvania sheriff's office later today include whether charges will be filed. a d.c. family has firefighters to thank for saving one of its loved ones, their sheep
