68-year-old vivian marrow was killed in the 2400 block southeast. surveillance video appears to show a gunman chasing another man and who they believe is marrow in her wheelchair. d.c. police also need your help finding whoever vandalized a school and left about $250,000 worth of damage. the elementary school is currently undergoing renovations. it was first hit during the weekend of january 6th. someone broke into the construction equipment shed and stole the keys to a bulldozer and backhoe and they used that equipment to vandalize the soccer field, playground and security cameras. parents are upset that someone would do this to a school. >> they already in a new school.
