4:37 now. by 2020, prince george's county is expected to have a new medical center. maryland's governor released a budget that cut $23 million from that new regional medical center. they'll talk about how the cuts will effect the future success of the hospital. new information this morning about the governor of minnesota and his health. governor mark dayton has prostate cancer. that is not why he fainted earlier this week you see in the video here. that likely happened because he was standing for so long. doctors say they discovered the governor's cancer during his annual physical exam. they will discuss treatment options next week. former president george h.w. bush is working with physical therapists in the hospital today. he's there recovering from pneumonia. they say the former president has been sleeping well. apparently he is talking to si

4:50. this next story is about an issue that's divided a lot of parents. should home schooled students be able to participated in high school sports. they signed a bill that would allow them to participate after the eighth grade. there are many proponents. they say if home school students compete, they should be required to meet the same disciplinary standards required of those in public schools. the fredric county school system has a new social media guideline banning posts that are mockful or disrespectful. this comes after this twitter exchange with a student. she corrected the student's spelling of the word tomorrow. she was fired a week later. school employees will go through a mandatory social media training. what's considered
